My great photography

Welcome to the Angie Brement Photography blog. This is your best resource for client sneak peeks and a look at what I’ve been up to with my recent photography.

Currently, I wear many hats..

I’m a mother to 2 wonderful daughters Trudy & Josie (who often make an appearance on the blog).

I’m a Legwear Analyst and Planner for Hue.

I am an artist with a passion for photography. I would describe my style as fresh and unique with an emphasis on bold color and contrast.

Thank you to all who have supported my love of photography in the past & I look forward to capturing more memories as your children grow.

Well, it’s that time again… the time where I pick my favorite 10 (make that 15) images for *dare I say it* last year! I posted my favorite NEWBORN images on Facebook. You can find those here.

Christmas Baby {Charlottesville Newborn Photographer}

December 13th, 2011

Just in time for Christmas… sweet little Miss “E” arrives. What a great addition to a sweet family that I’ve been working with for several year! Loved this little peanut.

And how cool is this?? An under 2 week old baby that would smile when Mom tickled her chin..

And big brother.

Oh the Cuteness {Crozet Newborn Photographer}

December 5th, 2011

I’m a little late posting this session! I got to meet with this great family a couple of weeks ago when they welcomed their 2nd little boy! He is a bundle of cuteness, but loved to be held. This can be a bit challenging as most of my pics involve setting baby down. Alas, we got a few moments of sleepy baby to share with you. Welcome baby “A.” Glad to have you as an addition to the neighborhood.

How cute are these shoes?

And one of big brother.

Collage of Criers {Crozet Santa Pictures}

December 4th, 2011

I am happy to say that our 3rd annual Picture Day with Santa was a great success. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who came out and gave donations and to Marcia and the team at Trailside Coffee for hosting the event again this year. We raised over 40 toys and over $300 for Toy Lift. The event even made an appearance on the NBC 29 6:00 news. Yay!!

I decided this year it would be fun to make a collage of the criers. The 1 to 2 year olds cry about 75% of the time. I either tell Mom to sit beside Santa with their child on her knee or to just drop and run (cruel I know, but no less funny). Here is a collage of the droppers and runners. It cracks me up every time. Gotta love the stranger anxiety phase.

And PS. the pictures are up for download! Here is how to get your picture(s):

1. Go to www.angiebrementphotography.com/cart
Enter password: TSSanta

2. Find the picture you would like. Under “Order Prints”
choose Digital Downloads. Under Select File Size
choose Digital Download $0. Click Add to Cart.
Check out as normal from your shopping cart.
Choose “Pickup” and “Pay Offline.”

3. I will need to approve your download once the order
is placed. This should take a day or so. Once it is
ready for download, you will get an email.

I’ll post some more Santa pics soon!

Fun.Fall.Family {Charlottesville Family Photographer}

November 30th, 2011

Loved getting to catch up with one of my favorite families a few weeks ago. I’ve been doing their photos for several years now and love it when we can all get together. I love seeing the little ones grow up. I’ve been photographing Mr “E” since he was living in Mommy’s belly! Such a handsome little man!

3rd Annual Pictures With Santa {Charlottesville Child Photographer}

November 15th, 2011

Join us once again for our annual Pictures With Santa on Saturday, December 3rd from 10 – 2 at Trailside Coffee in Old Trail Village in Crozet. The big man will roll into Old Trail and me makes his journey back North to get ready for Christmas! Pop by and say hello to the Jolly Old Man!

This event helps to collect toys and raise money for Toy Lift (www.kidslift.org). Please bring a new unwrapped toy or a suggested donation of $20 to help make many local children’s holiday wishes come true.

I look forward to seeing everyone!! A big thank you to Marcia McGee for hosting this great event once again.
